The York Area Housing Group (YAHG) dedicated the Kitchen/Community Room at the Dutch Kitchen (381 W Market St) to Thomas Foust on Friday, November 12^th. Mr. Foust served as Executive Director of the York Area Development Corporation/Delphia Management Corporation for over 20 years.

 

The Dutch Kitchen is a 59-unit Single Room Occupancy (SRO) that was developed by the organization in the early 1990s. As Lee Woodmansee, former Chair of the Board and current board member, mentioned during the dedication, “the Dutch Kitchen would not have been possible without his work and dedication to the project”.
