Our Annual Meeting was held from 4:30-6:00pm on September 27^th at Logos Academy, 250 W King St, York. John Flinchbaugh read the Annual Statement. We honored two retiring board members (Carol Anderson and Allan Wysocki), a board member who has served on the YAHG board continuously for 25 years (Lee Woodmansee), a 5-year employee (Joyce Santiago), and an Experience Works volunteer (Janet) for the help she has been giving Sue Walters, the Property Manager at Green Meadow Apartments. Penny Myers gave a brief glimpse into the future of the organization. Mike Rhoads, the newly-elected board chair, closed the meeting with remarks on different types of subsidized housing.
