Wendell (Lee) Woodmansee

 

...has a Masters Degree in Public Administration and worked in local government for 25 years.  He moved to York in 1981 to manage West Manchester Township.  Presently, he owns a small business providing siting and construction management services for telecommunications companies.  He joined the YADC Board because Cloverfield Apartments was in
West Manchester Township and he thought his activity on the Board would tie into his Township position.  He soon learned of the wide range of properties that the organization owned.  Since first joining the Board, he has become much more interested in housing in general and much more interested in affordable housing specifically.  He also serves on the West Manchester Township's Planning Commission, Shiloh Lions, and his church's Finance Committee.
