Kristen Pittman

 

...is an HR professional in the local York community at Voith Hydro, Inc.  She specializes in Organization Development, compliance and Immigration.  Kristen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Political Science from Albright College, her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in the winter of 2008 and her Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations with a specialization in Organization Development from Penn State University.  Kristen enjoys taking her dogs for walks and playing sports with her husband.  Joining the Board of YADC presented Kristen with an opportunity to diversify her Human Resources and Public Relations experience in the non-profit arena and give something back to the York community.
