Edward Waltemyer

 

...was a partner/principal in Seligman, Friedman, and Company before retiring in 2004. (He was with the firm for 44 years – originally hired as a junior accountant.)  He focused primarily on tax planning and management consulting for closely-held and family-owned businesses. Ed graduated from York Junior college. He served on the boards of the York Chapter of the National Association of Accountants, the Out Door Country Club, the Springettsbury Township Sewer Authority, the North York Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, and the York County Estate Planning Council. Ed also served on the finance committee of the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation of South-Central PA. He is a charter member of the Rotary Club of York-North as well as the York County Leave a Legacy Committee.
